If you would like to terminate your membership in the essence Club, you can submit your cancellation using the form below. Please enter the email address you used to register for the essence Club.
After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your cancellation. We will then process your request and inform you as soon as the cancellation has been completed.
Please note that we may still store certain personal data after your membership has ended if we are legally obligated to do so or if there are legitimate reasons for further storage. You can find more information in our privacy policy.
Once the cancellation takes effect, you will no longer be able to access your membership benefits, collect new points, or redeem rewards.
